@umarmughal Can you please attempt the steps below in order to get Site Kit connected, or follow the steps on the plugin website documentation:
    1. Reset Site Kit
    2. Temporarily deactivate any caching and security plugins you might have active, some are known to impact setup.
    3. Install Site Kit in a new incognito window

If the above steps fail to resolve your issue share your Site Health information and we can hopefully assist.

@umarmughal we’ve just released version 1.1.0 and advise updating. It would be great if you could let us know if your issue is resolved or reply with any further information. Any errors you might see in the browser console are also helpful. Thanks!

@umarmughal thanks so much for the screenshot. I believe this is related to a known issue that we’ll have a fix out for soon. Please feel free to follow it here on our Github repository. We’ll update you when it is released.

@umarmughal Just following up with you in relation to your previous issue with Site Kit setup and dashboards not populating. We have made some significant updates to the plugin as of version 1.1.2, which addresses the issue you were encountering.

With this update I will mark this support topic as resolved. As an early Site Kit user we value your input, please let me know if the latest update doesn’t resolve your issue, whereby I would be happy to assist further.?

For your information: It was only when I updated to 1.1.2 that I have encountered blank pages, etc., on Site Kit. … Flushed cache; deactivated Site Kit; deleted; flushed cache; reinstalled and activated: Problem remains — blank screens. I have Securi plugin.

@jamesosborne Deleted old plugin, cleared cache then installed again the latest 1.1.2 but i see a blank page screenshot here.

Yep! Your blank screen looks like my blank screen! Thanks Umar. Oh. I disabled Securi; that made no difference.

@umarmughal Thanks for the update. In order to troubleshoot further can you let me know of the following:
    – What Site Kit modules do you have active?
    – What optimisation/security plugins do you have active?

If you want to share your Site Health information we may be able to spot something.

    @jamesosborne these were the settings
    – What Site Kit modules do you have active?
    * All (tried removing too but still blank)

    – What optimization/security plugins do you have active?
    * Nothing special, using WP Rocket for caching.

For Site Health Information can you provide me email id to send?

@umarmughal Thanks for the update. Can you you reset Site Kit (Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Reset Site Kit) and then setup again from a browser incognito window?

Inform me if the dashboard works as expected after setup, before then adding each module one by one again, checking each time.

@umarmughal Did you get a chance to test with the latest version of the plugin (1.1.4)? If the issue remains please inform me if you have any other websites on the same web host which you can test with.
