Site Kit Error After Update

    Hi all,

    Updated plugins today and site kit is showing this error- any idea what to do?

    I’ve uninstalled/re-installed site kit and the error is still showing. ?? 

    Cannot read properties of null (reading 'navigateTo')

    in PermissionsModal
    in ErrorHandler
    in Root

    FYI I’ve used the rollback plugin to go back to version 1.49.1 and it’s all working okay now – means I have to leave the plugin out of date though ??

    Hi @lauraabraham,

    Thanks for reaching out. Certainly you shouldn’t have to downgrade plugin versions in order to avoid this error. So we can determine more on this please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. At what stage do you encounter this error when on the latest version of the plugin (ie. When visiting the Analytics dashboard / when clicking on an Idea Hub link)?
    3. Can you share any browser console errors after updating to the latest version once more – from the same screen where this error appears?

    Once we have the above we can investigate this further. Depending on what we can determine we may also ask you to perform a check with only Site Kit active. You can do so using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, which doesn’t require deactivating any other plugins.
