Site Kit Error: Cannot generate speed scores

    When I run the speed test on Google Site Kit I get the following error message: Error: Lighthouse returned error: PAGE_HUNG. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the URL you requested because the page stopped responding.

    I tried running it in Troubleshooting Mode and I got the same error message. It’s been like this all day. I thought it was an issue from the Imagifier plugin because the issue began after I attempted to optimize an image from my media library and the site thought it was running after it had finished running. I deleted Imagifier but the problem persisted. How do I fix this?

    Hello @hillaryaa thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Can I please confirm with you if you are still seeing this in Site Kit? If so then could you please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. 
    2. When checking Site Kit from a Chrome browser?incognito window?does the same occur?
    3. Do you see any console errors when this happens?

    Any screenshots or recordings would also help us in seeing how you see this from your perspective. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
