I am hooked up to Site Kit through both of these:

    https://www.rainbowriting.com
    rainbowriting.com

Should I disconnect one and keep the other? Site Kit is having trouble loading my information on the Dashboard screen. Like there is a conflict, or maybe a robots.txt file or something that is blocking the info from showing. What all could it be?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @karencole37 thanks for getting in touch. This shouldn’t be an issue for you but it would be great if you could share some further information to help us better understand the issue.

How is Site Kit having trouble loading your data? Are you getting an error message or is there no data displayed for example? If you could share a screenshot of this that would be helpful. You can use Imgur to do this.

If you could also share your Site Health Information using our private form then I can also take a look at your setup to see if anything stands out.

If you have any questions on the above then please let me know.

Many thanks for sharing your Site Health information. I’ve reviewed the details, including the document you kindly shared.

Based on the image provided within the document, it looks like your Site Kit dashboard may remain in a loading state. If so, this may be due to a browser extension or a third party plugin conflict. So we can determine the cause it would be great if you would perform the following checks:

    1. Does the same occur if checking your Site Kit dashboards from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Does the same occur if you temporarily deactivate your WP-Optimize, Comet Cache and W3Speedster Pro plugins, and then check your Site Kit dashboards once more?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Note that that Site Kit is connected to the www version of your site, which seems correct, given that any visits to other variation of your site (including without the www prefix) direct to this URL.
