Site Kit plugin not sending eCommerce events to Tag Manager

Thanks for reaching out @nick5thgeneration. What you’re encountering isn’t Site Kit specific, it’s more Tag Manager related. When you use Site Kit to insert your Tag Manager snippet, Site Kit places this on your site as suggested by Tag Manager, and no different to a manually placed snippet.

While you may need to reach out to the product experts over at the Tag Manager Help Center, before doing so I’d be happy to check your set up to ensure your snippet placement appears and is working as expected. In order to do so you can share your Site Health information privately using this form.

Appreciate you sharing this additional information @nick5thgeneration. I checked your site and I can confirm that your Tag Manager snippet has been placed as expected without modification.

I can also see some GA4 related eCommerce events being tracked as per this screenshot. Some events was tracked after adding an item to my cart.

What you may wish to do next is to reach out to the product experts over at the Tag Manager Help Center regarding specific events and assistance with configuration within any GA4 tag.
