    Hi @chamaruamasara,

Based on the information you kindly provided, it sounds like you’re experiencing the?same as other reported?based on the latest plugin release. We have since identified the cause for this, and we’ll have a fix for this added to the next plugin release.

Rather than waiting for the next plugin release, you can use this mini plugin to ensure you don’t experience the same error. To do so, download and install the plugin as a standard WordPress plugin (using the upload method – Plugins > Install > Upload Plugin > Activate). If you need any assistance with this let me know.

After you install and activate this mini plugin it would be great if you could confirm that you no longer encounter the same error.

Note also that if you prefer not to install and use the mini plugin, you can roll back to a previous version of Site Kit as an alternative. To do so, please uninstall Site Kit and then install?version 1.92.0, by uploading as a standard WordPress plugin (Plugins > Install > Upload Plugin > Activate).

Another option to resolve this issue, is to ensure the mbstring PHP module is enabled. You may need to reach out to your hosting provider in order to do so.
