    Hey @funkyj4ever

It is recommended only to use one tracking plugin on your site.

When using both, it can cause errors as reported by Google Tag Assistant – you can uncheck “Enable Standard Tracking” in the WooCommerce Google Analytics integration settings if you want to try and use both – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-analytics-integration/#tracking-options

    Thanks,

    hi,

I think that most problems it see are caust by using also google site kit plugin. It doesnt work good even with uncheck of enble standard tracking. I also had problems with no transaction tracking for example.

    Hi @funkyj4ever

If you are having trouble with two Analytic plugins active then I’d recommend choosing one and deactivating the other as Google mention not to use more than one method to add tracking.

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

@funkyj4ever The two plugins don’t play well and it is unfortunate since it is a Google Official Plugin.

Automatic should have tested it more thoughtfully.

In order to bypass any issues, you have to disable Standard Tracking on Woocommerce Analytics and Enable them in Site Kit.

    Regards
