Site Language

  • Hi, I am using localhost and tried to change site language.

    Under the Settings -> General Settings tab, I cannot locate the Site Language option.

    Also, I cannot locate the Language folder under content on my wordpress folder on XAMPP htdocs.

    I have attempted to use POEDIT and LOCO translate and both options have failed.
