Site Language isn't changing, though .mo is installed

    So I’ve installed the french language files in /languages. I’ve changed the site language in settings/general to French. The dashboard is in french but the text appearing on the blog page remains english. The page in question is https://www.actionclimat.ca/blogue

    any ideas?
