    Hi,

    I try to change my “Site Language” from English to Arabic, for the purpose of testing my theme. However, I do not understand Arabic, so I cannot find the correct one that I should choose:

    Is it possible to let the language shows their English name instead of the native language name?

    Also what is the effect of changing the “Site Lanuage”? Need I still change the style.css based on https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Right-to-Left_Language_Support?

  • If you 'inspect' the selection you can see their ISO language codes

    I have extracted that for you and made slightly readable - you will still need to lookup the codes

    You could simply add the following line in wp-config.php:
    define ('WPLANG', 'ar');
