    Hi,

I’m using WP-Optimize but now the site content/layout is missing nearly all texts,
like on the About Us Page & the Services Page.

    How do I fix this?
I use Elementor and in the Elementor Page editor it is showing all content, but live, on another pc (not logged in) it is not.

    King Regards,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

Could you share screenshots of issue vs no issue? I don’t see anything wrong when visiting your website.

Also there is a JavaScript error, probably due to minification being enabled.
So you might want to try disabling Javascript minification to see if the issue persists.

    Lind regards,
    Marc.

Hi, I put back a back up because it i couldn’t figure it out to work. But now still, Even with minify completely off (Enable Minify – toggled off), The layout looks funny and not right on mobile.

Is it an issue with enable and disable-ing the minify or other options. Because that’s the only thing I’ve changed next to updating overall site content in Elementor

So I can see some pages are not showing right. Th menu header changes on some pages and i’ve got minify all disabled.

If i’m viewing de site while logged in (with WordPress top bar), it works fine and everything is showing how it supposed to be, except from the Services page.

What causes this to happen? Since minify is disabled. Cache, images, and the rest are enabled..

This problem started happening when I had minify on.

Edit:* also, just noticed now another plugin can’t be updated with the error note: ‘The plugin health-check/health-check.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist. ‘ are the files damaged or something because of WP Optimize minification..

    Kind Regards.

Could you share screenshots of what is the expected result and of what is the issue?

Here is a screenrecording of the issue via WeTransfer:

When this issue started, I had minify on, and tried only disable-ing CSS and or JS.

    Hope you can help out!

    Kind Regards,

    Hi there,

It seems like caching and minify are now disabled, so I can’t verify what caused the issues.

Though the header issues look like caching needing to be purged.

I however see that your site also uses server side cache (Varnish), which could cause any change to not be visible immediately.

While WP-Optimize’s page cache and Varnish complement each other, it’s a second layer of cache that might need flushing.

In order to see if an issue is caused by an older version of the cache, you can add a random parameter to your URL. e.g. https://www.houseofawareness.org/testimonials/?somethingrandom=1

    Hi Marc,

    Thank you for looking,

https://www.houseofawareness.org/testimonials/?somethingrandom=1 Works in the Testimonial Page, but however the services page still doesn’t show its layout with
    https://www.houseofawareness.org/services/?somethingrandom=1 / https://www.houseofawareness.org/services/?hello=1

I have ‘ Enable page caching’ on, what do you mean you see ‘caching and minify are now disabled,’

What do you advice to fix this? :'(

    Kind Regards,

The services page looks very different from your screencast:

    vs your screencast:

Have you tried purging the cache?

    Are you using a CDN?

I’ve tried using a different plugin (instead of WP Optimize) for the caching and minification. W3 Cache total cache.

It is solved. Thank you for your help.
