    it looks to me that something is wrong with your theme header.
    try a different standard theme (e.g. 2020 or other) if that works then its your current theme.

    yes, some other theme works.
    Our theme is Divi, is that a problem?

    If it is working with a standard WordPress theme then you should approach the guys elegentthemes and raise a support request with them for divi
