    Firstly thank you for a great light weight but well thought out option for customer use.

    I have a query wherein the use of Support takes the user to the selfsite/support
    However there is no way to go back to the parent site.
    This is making it confusing for folks as the auto created button opens over the top of the original site.
    I can work around by creating a “support” option to open in a new window, however the user is still “stuck” in the support ticket system with no option to go “home” as it were.
    ?? Just wonder if you had considered this.

    Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.

    I do see the issue, and what we’ll do is we can add a button in the support system that takes the user back to the homepage of the site.

    I’ve added this as an item for the 1.4.0 update.

    Had only begun testing it out, the other thing that would be really appreciated is a way to remove the ucare link.
    While I completely understand branding (branding to users who only want support on a system or service they are using is confusing)
    When a user (support seeker for the service or product) gets the email – then clicks and it takes them to the support system (ucare) instead of where they expect to go ie the support desk or response to their tickets.
    So each email having the link Powered by uCare Support (would be a reason I would seek an alternative because it causes much confusion)
    If it could be powered by ucare but link back to the site the user was from it would be fantastic.

    Is there any update on the “Powered by” option.
    Will have to move on it soon.
