Site loading speed went sky high

my site was using another caching plugin recommended by my theme and was taking 9 Seconds to load previously. Then My hosting provider set me up with this plugin and now the site loading time is 0.2 seconds. I have no idea how well this works with Forum software and comments and page view counts. Some times the page view count shows incorrect, overall I’m happy that the site is loading blazing fast!
