Site loads in 19,41 seconds

  • Hello everyone,

    Can someone help me or give me tricks how to load my webpage faster.
    I never had a slow site before this.

    When i want to load the webpage it takes according to some site speed checker 19 seconds, olmost a world record for slowest sites ever haha

    i use the following plugins ??

    – akismet
    – autoptimize
    – cookie notice
    – ewww image optimizer
    – google analytics dashboard for wp
    – google xml sitemaps
    – leverage browser caching ninja
    – remove query strings from static resources
    – wordpress SEO

    i tried your plugin and it is improving as you can see in the stats:
    BYSlow Grade:
    (80%)
    78%
    Page load time: 6.66s
    Total page size: 958KB
    Total number of requests: 51

    You got some more suggestions for me ?? !?

    Skip 404 error handling by WP for static files
    eg. add this code to .htaccess file

    Thx for your reaction.

    i tried your advice and i also uploaded a sample picture ”vergelijken.jpg” so that it doesnt load a 404 error but the speed still says”:

    Page load time: 6.46s
    Total page size: 958KB
    Total number of requests: 51
