    Hello,

We are using ATUM Inventory for almost 2 years. But now we observed a slow speed on our website and when we investigated, we observed that on all pages, ATUM Inventory plugin is taking very much to load.

We are using the latest version
Attached the image from our server.

    Hi @razvanli

In which pages are you seeing this weird behaviour, please?
20 seconds is a lot… So something weird is happening in the background there.
FYI, ATUM is only loaded generally on its own pages and not in all pages.

And I’ve just tried locally and my ATUM pages are loading in less than 4 seconds.

If you disable ATUM, does your site loads 20s faster?

    Hello Salva

    Tnx for the fast reply.
I see atum loading even on Contact page or cart pages

I will try to disable it and test, but I can do it tonight only.

Perhaps on cart page could load depending on your configuration but makes no sense to load on contact pages.
Only if you are logged in, it could load the menu that you can see in the admin bar at the top, just that. And adding a menu cannot take 20 seconds. It must be something else or that metric is wrong.
    You should investigate this further.

    Hi @wilabudi ,

Thank you very much for your post.

I am sorry you have issues with your site speed. As you can see above the conversation went quite as ATUM is most definitely not slowing your site down. The free plugin does not affect any webiste. It must be something else going on.
IF you can pop in some screenshot of the error you are getting we can have a look for you.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Pavel
