Site Lockdown messages

  • Hi,

    I urgently need an information. I installed your ithemes security plugin a few months ago and lately I am receiving “site lockdown” messages because there is someone trying to login to my site using the wrong credentials or the word “admin”. What should I do when I get these site lockdown alerts? I don’t have to do anything or is there a procedure to follow to secure the site, like blacklisting this IP address via your plugin?

    I apologise in advance if the question I asked is stupid but I am not an expert on the subject. Can you please help me?

  • Our site is experiencing the same site lockout notifications.
    We are using WP v 5.7.
    How do you “Release the permanent host ban from Ban Hosts list in the Banned Users section of the settings page.”
