Site Lockout- I can't access my blog!

I have iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security) installed and today after trying to use the wordpress app to log into my accoumt, I received an email saying I was permenantly locked out.

The email:

Dear Site Admin,

A host, {my IP address}, has been locked out of the WordPress site at https://strungoutonbooks.com due to too many bad login attempts.

The host has been locked out permanently .

I tried to delete the lockouts from my phpMyAdmin, but I’m still locked out.

I deleted the plugin from my cpanel, too. Nothing has worked so far.

Can someone help me?
