Site Lockout Parenthesis Breaks LInk

Hi,

When I receive the Site Lockout emails, the final parenthesis is included in the URL, breaking the link in my email program. Example:

https://ip-adress.com/ip_tracer/174.127.xxx.xx)

Could you please remove the parentheses to fix this?
