site logo doesnt work

    I added a site logo block, but have no way of uploading an image !

    fresh install of the latest wordpress, on the “site editor”, it only creates a square box as a place holder but there is no way to upload an image !

    Hi @tbaikamine you have marking this issue as resolved, did you eventually manage to upload an image to the Site Logo block?

    yes, deleted all and reinstalled everything. still no way to debug properly the cause. luckily I was on a staging site. so in case this happened again I will have to delete all of production site and lose everything. and also no way of deleting this topic.
    somehow basic things seems extremly impossible with wordpress

    I see, thanks for providing more information in the event that this happens again there are a few things you can try:

    1. Temporarily disable your plugin, it might be a plugin conflict.
    2. Reach out on forums again ??
    3. If you end up making a new install of WP you can first download your file using Tools > Export. This file can be imported on the new site by going to Tools > Import
