Site Logo not show in email

I have set {site_logo_url} in email template, however the logo not show in email and replaced with url, like

https://mydomain.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/logo.png,

How can I show the logo in email that I set in Email Template>Email Setting>Email Logo?
