    Hi,
    I feel, this theme really catch our needs. Anyway, there is a problem when viewing on the mobile:
    the site-logo cannot be showed on the center of the header. And it is a block of words, then on the mobile can only a part (Ya Voyage) to be seen, even cover over the search symbol.

    our website: https://www.mayavoyage.de
    the printSc can be seen here. (I’m not sure if it’s all because the browser:Operamini.)

    Please help me to fix it.

  • Hello,

    Yes, you are right. It is due to Opera browser. As this browser do not support latest CSS and js it is showing issue. I have tested your site with Chrome(Android)and it is showing fine to me.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I viewed your site on both Opera and Opera Mini on my Nexus 6 but was not able to replicate the issue shown on your screenshot. I also double checked in Chrome and Firefox for Android for good measure. Your logo is centred on all browsers that I checked, as you can see from this screenshot of your site from Opera Mini on my mobile:

    Can you let me know what mobile device you’re using? It’d also be helpful to know if you’re able to replicate the issue across any different browsers on your mobile.

    Thanks!

    Thank you for your testing, Surya Panda and Siobhan Bamber.
    I’m really happy to know that other mobiles can do it better than my old ViweSonic 350! (It is not the most modern one I know.;)

    One thing is worth to mention:
    This website, which I saw in this forum, can be showed wonderful on my mobile,both Opera or Operamini. Can that be I just don’t use the right Plugins like theirs?

    Cheers!

    Are you able to download any other browsers, such as Chrome, to your View Sonic 350? It would be helpful to know if you’re able to replicate the issue on another browser.

    As a test, could you also add the following custom CSS to your site and let me know if you’re the issue continues?

    .site-title, .site-description {
        height: 1px;
        width: 1px;
        margin: 0;
    }

    To add custom CSS: Firstly set up a child theme or activate a custom CSS plugin. (If you have Jetpack installed then you can activate its custom CSS module.)

    Let me know how that goes!

    Hi,

    I added the code in Jetpack CSS editor, looks like there’s nothing different.
    Thanks anyway though. I think I’ll just hope that no one else use such an old mobile for looking at our blog.
    ps. no browser I know are supporting this old phone… ;(

    @yamayavoyage: I’m very sorry that I couldn’t be of more help here. It’s very tricky to test and come up with a solution when I’m not able to replicate the issue on my end.

    As ViewSonic v350 is an older device that’s no longer on the market and your site can be viewed correctly on Opera Mini on newer devices, the number of people who see the problem should be very minimal.

    Please don’t hesitate to reopen this issue if you’re able to replicate on a newer device or to start a new thread if you have any other trouble.

    Thank you again. Don’t worry. It’s a pity, but I’m not crying now. ??
