Site Map Error

Hi,
I have created the sitemap through the plugin, however,Google Webmaster Tools reports the following error messages: [https://prntscr.com/95y3lg]. I do not know what is happening because the site map has been created successfully, see: https://www.embacopos.com.br/sitemap_index.xml
What is needed to fix this problem?
