Site Map Not Working- Problem Writing Sitemap File

    Error message reads

    “There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.

    There was a problem writing your zipped sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.”

    Please advise as I do not know how to fix this issue. I have changed the permissions to writable in the FTP httpdocs folder and the plugin is still not working.
