I recently published this website: https://www.futurefreshfarms.ca/ and have included The SEO Framework to help with meta data. When I pulled the sitemap from this plugin, to include in Google Search console, I noticed only the articles pages are being listed: https://www.futurefreshfarms.ca/sitemap.xml

The other pages: Home, About, Resources and Privacy are all set to “Default Index” however they don’t seem to be indexing.

Any ideas why? or how to help fix this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello!

Your homepage isn’t indexable: It has been set to “noindex” by mistake. You must fix this issue.

Please go to “SEO > Homepage Settings > Robots” and uncheck “noindex.”

You may also wish to check the homepage’s settings. If you can access the Block Editor or Classic Editor on your site, you can do it as “Edit Page > SEO Settings > Visibility > Robots Meta Settings.”

If you cannot access the default editors because of Elementor, you can still edit the indexing state via Quick Edit. Go to “Pages,” and hover over the Front Page — there, select “Quick Edit.”

Under Quick Edit, you’ll find the Indexing setting under Visibility SEO Settings. This should be set to Default (index) or index.

Also, make sure that Posts and Pages haven’t got their boxes checked at “SEO > Robots Meta Settings > Indexing.”

Let me know when you’ve checked all the settings, and I’ll inspect and provide follow-up steps to get your site (re)indexed ASAP.

    Hi Sybre,

All my pages are set to default. I have checked everything you listed above and they seemed to be set correctly.

    Hi again!

Please do check again that Pages haven’t got their boxes checked at “SEO > Robots Meta Settings > Indexing > Post Type Setttings.”

If you hover over the SEO Bar’s ‘I’, it should explain where the option was set in a tooltip.

When it says “Indexing is discouraged for this post type at the SEO Settings screen.”, then it must be the Pages checkbox preventing the indexing.

    Hi There,

Pages are unchecked. See below. Site map still reads just articles.

Thanks for affirming via the image.

Breeze Cache reports that your site’s cache is over four days old — from before you opened this support topic. I also see some links return to the staging environment (e.g., hamburger menu -> home).

Could you please try flushing the cache and see if that improves things?
I also recommend re-saving the SEO settings; it’ll flush the caches that TSF uses.

Lastly, I’m interested in what the SEO Bar says for the pages — specifically, the “I”. Aside from caching issues, I think a page-specific setting must block indexing.
