    Hi,

    I am experiencing issues and need urgent assistance – the site menu doesn`t work neither does the product search function. I have deactivated plugins to find any conflict but this did not yield any results. Also do not see any fatal errors in the woocommerce system status logs (last log is 24 December 2023). Havent had any issues since.. I deactivated the Storefront Theme and the menu seems to work now – but had to change back as the site is built totally with Storefront and any other theme totally messes things up. Please help, this is bad for business ??

    Since you’ve already deactivated plugins without any success and noticed that deactivating the Storefront theme seemed to resolve the issue, it looks like the problem might be with the theme itself.

    It seems to be a problem on mobile phone. Desktop works fine.

    Thanks for sending over the screenshot and additional details. I can’t access your site as it’s currently in maintenance mode, but it seems to be a cache issue. Have you tried clearing your cache via your cache plugin, server, or any CDN you might be using?

    Additionally, could you please disable the maintenance mode for a while or perhaps set up a staging site?

    Hi Shameem, I have cleared the cache and nothing has changed – I have to get it into maintenance mode and find another theme – I can`t wait so long for support – we are losing sales and money as the MENU and product search does not work on MOBILE PHONE..

    Since you’ve already cleared your cache and the problem persists, it seems like there might be a conflict with a plugin. Have you spotted any JavaScript errors popping up in your browser console?

    Did not have the luxury of time to wait hours for support and keeping the site live while the errors persisted. Uninstalled Storefront and found a new theme. Marking this as resolved but it was not resolved.
