Site messed up when hitting back buton in firefox

Well thats not the site im having trouble with. I know how to refresh it but is there any code that will ensure it gets refreshed. I would post the site here but its an adult site

Well, let’s tackle it this way:
Define “messed up” What is it doing that it shouldn’t and/or what is it not doing that it should?

And by that I don’t mean “it’s not refreshing” .. but rather, this is missing that’s missing, this is out of alignment. etc.

Oh, and what theme (if not a home-grown one) are you using?

The theme is relaxation_3column the posts titles are in the wrong places like ontop of other posts when the back button is used. I am using <br style=”clear:both” /> inside my posts to keep thing right. Before things were all over the place. It doesnt do it every time but it does often. When im at one of my pages and hit back to another page on my site.
