Site Meter & Google Analitics in my Child theme

  • Hi
    I have my blog running without issues with a child theme of twentyeleven and its style css but left where to put the small code from sitemeter and Google analytics.
    I have no idea of how to do a sidebar.php related to my child theme.
    Please need some help, thanks
