• I have searched and searched the forums and internet for a similar issue to the one I am currently experiencing with my new wp site. I will do my best to explain my issue here, I hope I someone can help me figure this out:

It seems my newly built site is not displaying all of it’s content when brought up on different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer), on different PC’s and laptops. It appears completely fine on my computer, a co-worker’s computer and my husband’s personal laptop. However, when my boss, or my office manager bring up the site on their PCs, parts of the text are missing from each page, or each page is devoid of content. This changes depending on which browser they enter the website address into. I have asked people to clear their cache and cookies, it doesn’t appear to do anything. I changed some of the layout settings on the back end of the site, thinking maybe I had the fonts displaying too large, or the containers too wide….but nothing seems better when we view the site on these computers – no matter which browser is used.

Is this a WordPress issue, a host server issue, or a personal settings issue dependent on the user’s PC?

    https://www.mieducation.ca is my site’s address.

    Please help!

    Thanks!

  • Do you have links to those specific pages?

I think you should contact Generate Press. It most likely has something to do with one of their modules.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations. Doing this will provide the developer with the income they need to make WordPress awesome.
Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
