Site missing on Network Admin > All Sites
-
Hi, I’ve had a Network (Multisite) enabled for quite a while, but recently noticed that one of my sites — the original one — somehow is no longer showing in the Network Admin panel > All Sites. I think this happened after a recent update. All of my sites have been derelict for a while and I’ve just recently begun to bring them back to life.
The domain is adriennemichetti.com and there should be four subdirectories from there. They are all there except the first one, adriennemichetti.com/blog
When I log in to adriennemichetti.com/blog as Admin (not superadmin) everything looks fine. Admittedly, WordPress needed some serious updates going back several years, so I did that. Logged out of everything, logged back in, etc. and still it isn’t showing up in Super Admin’s Network Admin > All Sites. Even after adding the Super Admin as a user to that subdirectory, it won’t show up on the Network Admin > All Sites.
Is this a database issue? how do I fix it? Thanks in advance. I have searched here and Google and haven’t found any support. I have also carefully read the documentation for Network Admin as I know it has changed a lot since I last supported these sites, but apologies if I missed the answer somewhere.
Edit: In my hosting platform dashboard (Bluehost), adriennemichetti.com and adriennemichetti.com/blog are listed as separate WordPress sites. Which to me indicates that they are separate installs. Does this mean that somehow my /blog site became separated from the network? How do I fix this? (Why do I feel like the answer is going to be back up, export, then re-import into existing Network… is there an easier way?)
