Site Name in Title Bar and Footer Keeps Changing

Hi folks. Stumped here. My site, located @ https://www.metallicillusions.com, has some error, where the name of the site, and the site description on the footer, both keep changing back to default when viewing the site. The strange part is, the correct titles for both are accurately reflected in the control panel..Anyone had any dealings with this problem or any advice?
