• mistake in the website and webmail name

    Dear Sir or Madam,
I just noticed a mistake in both my site and my web mail.
    My site is: https://www.multimod-performer-composer.com

I have registered the domain name as such.
Suddenly the name has been changed to:
    https://www.multimod-perfomer-composer.com

The “performer” has been changed to “perfomer”. Can you please assist me with this and change the name back to the one I have registered with you. The site is involved in festival I am producing in November and it is very important. I am also afraid that somebody might have hacked into my site and have changed the name

    Thank you very much,
    Dusan Bogdanovic

  • where is your website hosted

It appears that you made a mistake when registering the domain.

Your preferred address multimod-performer-composer.com is available to register and does not appear to have ever been registered.

You should register that domain as soon as possible as now that you have posted it online – in case an unscrupulous person registers it and attempts to resell it to you at an inflated price.

Your hosting company should be able to help you register it and add it to your hosting account and make it the primary domain for your site – ensure they keep the existing mispelled domain as an alias for now though.

Once the domain is registered and pointing to your site, you should change the settings for WOrdPress address and Site Address: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Changing_The_Site_URL
