Site name not showing correctly in email

    When the site name has an apostrophe in it, the email subject is all screwed up. Instead of the apostrophe it replaces it with #x27;

    Must be some simple encoding type of fix

    Can you please test again the issue with an apostrophe? It should work fine now.
