Site name on footer should carry format of site title

Hi, and thanks for the plugin.

Site Title Font Case is available under Header Options (None, Capitalize, Uppercase, Lowercase), but the setting does not apply to the site title as it appears in the Footer under Divs Site Info and Site Name.

For the sake of consistency, I believe the case applied to the site title in the Header should also apply to it in the Footer. Optionally, a setting could be created under Footer Options to enable a different setting for the footer.
