Site no longer loading at all.

  • Our site is no longer loading at all the only thing that is showing is the banner and background image.

  • The errors in your log don’t have anything to do with your problem. What you’re seeing there is bots hitting known files (index.php and header.php) to try and find vunerbilities. The errors are coming up because the function get_header() doesn’t exist when these files are called by themsleves. It’s really nothing to worry about.

    For your actual problem, that’s harder to figure out. From the source code I can see that the site loads fine up until the navigation menu, where it basically stops right after what looks like Google Analytics code that’s been added. Normally that means that there’s something wrong with the header.php file, but it’s impossible to know what without seeing the code itself.

    As you’re using a commercial theme, you’ll need to get help from the themes author/vendor. Part of the money that you paid ws for their support, and they will know that code, where no one here haas access to it.

    No I didn’t pay for this theme and what code do you need to see?

    It’s a commercial theme. OK, it was free, but it’s still considered to be a commerical theme.

    If you look at the source code of the site you’ll see the header.php file. If you look at the code that the actual page is returning you’ll see where it stops. Unfortunately that’s all I can tell you because I don’t have that theme.

    So because it’s considered a commercial theme you can’t help me? Look I honestly don’t know what to do anymore at this point I have tired everything I can possibly try, we been dealing with since march first we had a hacking issue where we were infected with malware but that’s has sense been dealt with whiched has now cost us over $300 but the site has been having problems loading stuff ever since and it has been getting worse at first the slider, widgets, and footer didn’t load up as mention here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slider-widgets-and-footer-disappeared-missing/ and here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slider-widgets-and-footer-disappeared-missing-not-loading/ and now we don’t even pretty much have site at this point just a banner and a background image and our host doesn’t seem to want to do anything about it and I don’t seemed to be getting anywhere on here so I don’t know what to do anymore at this point.
