Site not Accessible to Certain locations

  • Hi there,

    I am having a challenge with a website i designed… A Friend in Dubai complained that he can not access the website from Dubai…but I am able to visit this website from my current location….and when i use geopeeker it shows that the site is accessible and sometimes it shows Error 508, resource limit reached…could this be the cause of the site not being accessible in Dubai, if yes how can this be resolved.

    Unless you are using plugins, that restrict (on purpose) access from certain location, it is not an issue with WordPress,

    you should ask your hosting if they are restricting access from some countries.
    Your friend could also ping and traceroute (tracert) your site, information from those tools is valuable for diagnosing problems with network access.

    Error 508, resource limit reached << You could also ask from your webhost support if your site runs within resources allocated for your hosting plan.
