Site Not Connecting – Error Message

While the “Something went wrong” error can occur for a few different reasons, the most common seems to be in relation to Facebook’s supported currencies. You can read more here:

Another frequent troubleshooting step when encountering issues with product sync or the connection, in general, will be to reconnect the plugin to Facebook. You can do so with the following steps:

If that doesn’t help, please share a screenshot of the error message using a tool like https://snipboard.io and the following:

• System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs (if available).
