@oyono82?Thanks for reaching out. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. Have you recently performed a site migration or changed your website URL/domain?
    3. If you did migrate or changed= your URL/domain, do you recall having?reset Site Kit?prior to this? I ask as ideally a user should reset the plugin before making URL changes. That way none of the old records, including callback URLS, after migrating to a new URL will existing for the same access tokens.

Note that if you didn’t already reset Site Kit, please don’t do so just yet. Based on the above I’ll provide you with the most suitable troubleshooting suggestions to ensure Site Kit either does find the correct site records for your site, or you can complete setup via other means.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

I have not migrated the website. I uninstalled a “seopress” plugin. The website did not have a site kit installed. The seopress plugin allowed me to integrate google search console. Now that I do not have the seopress plugin, I decided to install the site kit and I find that I cannot integrate it.

I have already sent the requested data

@oyono82 Thanks for the added information. Unfortunately it doesn’t look like all of the Site Health Information was sent through. Could you try submitting this via the private form once more?

Could you also try performing a reset Site Kit if you have not done so already and let me know if you encounter the same with Site Kit after doing this?

@oyono82 Thanks for sharing the information I can now see all of this. It looks like you have a number of active plugins on your site so could you please try following these troubleshooting steps to see if you can identify any conflicts that may be causing this?

Let me know how you get on with the steps above.

I already did this process a few days ago and I still can’t connect.

@oyono82 Thanks for trying those steps and sorry to hear they weren’t successful for you. Would it be possible for you to send a recording of the experience you’re getting so we can see exactly what is going on? You can use a service such as Loom to record and share the video URL here or in the private site health form which I linked above.

    Buenas noches,

No se exactamente, que video quiere. De la instalación o de la reinstalación o de desactivación. Muchas gracias

Thanks for the update @oyono82. From performing some checks on your site I can see that you may be using a non-standard wp-admin path.

Did you have this admin path in use previously, when the site was last successfully with Site Kit? If not, please revert to the standard wp-admin path before attempting Site Kit set up once more. If the same occurs, or if you did have a custom wp-admin path configured previously, please share the path used. You can share privately using this form once more.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.
