  • Works ok for me – maybe it was a temp hosting issue

    OK thanks – just checked the mobile version on my iPhone via 3G and it loaded OK. Must be a problem with my ISP.

    Hi,

    Pls go to cPanel.

    Go to CGI

    Select PHP5.4 (single) php.ini

    Once the htaccess is changed it would solve the issue.

    Apologies tabish.naeem, I can’t seem to find this setting. My site is hosted directly by WordPress. I am looking in the Dashboard am I in the wrong section?

    Dont they have a Control Panel?

    My site is hosted directly by WordPress.

    www.ads-software.com does not host web sites but WordPress.COM does which is where your site apparently is according to your site’s HTML.

    <meta name="generator" content="WordPress.com" />

    WordPress.COM (which you are on) is separate from www.ads-software.com. The two have nothing to do with each other and you are posting in the wrong place.

    This article can explain the differences.

    It’s a common misunderstanding. ??

    Thank you for your help. I’ll pop over to the wordpress.com forum.
