Site not loading, either NO message or message saying "server cannot be found"

Hi, none of the pages of my site will load – I either get no error message at all (Firefox) or get a message on Safari saying “server cannot be found” – OR get this error code on Chrome:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
