site not opening after upgrade

  • hi i recently upgraded to v 3.1 but after upgrade i am getting error page. Plz help me. The page is

    Sounds like an incomplete upgrade. Can you try a manual upgrade?

    Failing that, turn off all your plugins by renaming the plugins folder to plugins-old.
