Site not published

I am making a website for my husband’s business. When I go to appearance>customize… it says site not published.

I did publish the home page when I made it and made sure that the link for the home page was in the menu 

But now when I type in the url: https://scigro.com It says Site Not Published.

However, when I type in https://scigro.com/home, the page comes up. Do you have any idea what the

problem might be?
