Site not showing for others correctly, in my editor it’s fine

I am still learning wordpress. I am using the 2023 theme. It took me some time to figure out how to get all the text, headers, links, background all correctly colored. I got it done and updated. But the crazy thing is, while it looks fine to ME in my editor, others are still seeing things that are not how I changed them, like a green background against my blue theme, and black typing where it should be blue.

At first, I thought it was a Caching issue, but it’s been over a day and the caches should have updated.
