Site not showing on Google

  • Hi there

    I’ve had my site up for about 2 months now but for some reason it isn’t showing on Google when you search “The Get Go”. I’ve installed SEO by Yoast and added that search term as the keyword on several pages and also submitted the site to Google but it still isn’t showing when you search on Google.

  • you need to do more for SEO then. just checked, your website is indexed by google but you are not ranking high for ‘the get go’.

    I don’t think site will just show up if we add plugins. You need to do SEO to the site. Taking to a SEO expert might help.

    If you search “the get go werk it” you get found. Your efforts are reaping some benefits.

    First tip: patience. Good rankings that you get over time are good rankings.

    When I visited your site I found it difficult to really work out what it’s about. Is it a holiday site, travel site, fitness site… Maybe you need to be clear about that and then focus your SEO strategy on what you are about and not just what you are called.

    Who are the people you want to find you and what do you think they will search on to find you. Work backwards. It isn’t all about wanting people to find your brand at least, not until your brand is well established.
