Site not updating

A little embarrassing, im using Zerif Lite and I have gone into customise and when I save and then look at the home screen, it is all set to default, no changes made.

If i go back into customise, all the changes I have made are all there, saved. they just dont display when i view it.

I have tried clearing the cache but still no luck.
