Site not uploading media

Commonly, this error shows up when wp-content/uploads folder does not exist.

To fix this:

1. Login to your Wp-admin panel
2. Go to settings—> Media
3. In the ‘Store uploads in this folder’, Enter ‘wp-content/uploads’
4. Click Save

It should be resolved.

/home/runcloud/webapps/auticulture-site/wp-content/uploads

i changed it & it works now, thanks, but will have to check with my web assist guy as this is only a temp fix….

When you migrated your website, WordPress automatically extracted the old path for uploads folder. The old path includes the user account on the previous server, hence WordPress fails to recognize it.

I assure it will not cause any further issues.

Same happens with image:

https://media.auticulture.com/wp-content/uploads/Tessa.jpg

https://media.auticulture.com/

It is altogether a different issue on a different website. You should open a separate thread on it. Someone with more experience on this might be able to help.
