Site not working ?after WP Update 4.9.7?

  • Site is no longer loading, after working earlier in the day. This *may* be related to the recent update announcement although no guarantee. I have made no changes myself so this should still be fully functional.
    Advice or feedback from others with a similar issue would be appreciated.

    Try flushing your browser caches.

    Try using different browsers and computers.

    Also note @ahinversiones that the background image on your site is HUGE and takes a lot of time to load the image which will effect your page load speed. Try crunching it down a little to the size your website actually requires. Or try using a plugin such as Smush Image Compression and Optimization which should also do the trick.

    Thank you @dayley for your excellent advice. I do use Smush, but it always skips that image. I wasn’t sure what size the image should be, but I will definitely crunch it.
