Site not working in Firefox after install of W3 TC

I just installed W3TC and think I have the basics set right, and looked at the site in Firefox and everything is all messed up (colors, positioning,etc..) and when I deactivate this plugin – the site is fine again in Firefox. Which setting is Firefox not liking ?
The site is showing FINE in IE and Chrome…just not Firefox.
Uhh, I take that back.. its messing some things up in IE too
