Site off after WP 2.5.1 upgrade

  • I upgraded to 2.5.1 yesterday and everything was lost,i couldn’t log into my admin area.The site is as if i just installed wordpress.

    please does anyone know what i can do to restore it back? I have sent an email to my host.Is there any hope?
