Site only looks good from index.php

Odd. Source for the bare link shows no doctype, no link to stylesheet, nothing but the inline-styled info for the posts. I would tend to think it’s something with importing from blogger, but having never used it myself, I couldn’t say what….

You have an index.html file in the same directory where index.php resides, i.e. in the WP root folder. Seemingly the .html file gets loaded by default before the .php file. Either delete the .html file or rename it to something else (for backup).
